Most items are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.
Items are shipped directly from the Melbourne warehouse to save costs, so pick up is not available. Please note that we do NOT send to PO Boxes, we need a physical address for all orders.
Please be advised that when ordering multiple items, they may come from different warehouses so will be shipped with different courier company. You will be sent the details if this is the case.
We have multiple preferred service partners depending on the size, weight of the order and the delivery address and sometimes the courier will separate the boxes. If this happens the missing box is usually delivered within a few days. Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 15 business days. Please allow plenty of time if purchasing for a special event to make sure you receive your item in time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 30 days.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please send us some photos or a short video clearly showing the problem. Can you also send us the part number of the damaged/faulty part if applicable. We will assess each situation on a case by case basis and will advise on whether we will replace, send replacement part, offer partial refund or full refund.
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted or may be categorise as a Change of Mind.
Cancellation
Unfortunately once the order is placed we generally cannot cancel as our system is fully automated. In the unlikely event that we can cancel, finance charges will still apply. Depending on the payment you used it is between 4% and 10%
Change Of Mind
Please Note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Applicable freight fees, finance fees and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit. Please send us a photo of the item packed in its original packaging and ready for return.
