SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Most items are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.
Items are shipped directly from the Melbourne warehouse to save costs, so pick up is not available. Please note that we do NOT send to PO Boxes, we need a physical address for all orders.
We use Allied Express, Fastway, Australia Post and other courier partners for delivery. Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 8 business days. Please allow plenty of time if purchasing for a special event to make sure you receive your item in time.
Please provide a phone number in case the courier needs to contact you.
We do not deliver some bulky items to remote areas, NT and WA. If in doubt please contact us before buying.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Please contact our customer service team immediately if:
- You changed your mind and wish to request a return
- Your product was damaged during transit
- You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.
If you received a damaged item, please send us some photos or a short video showing the problem. We will then either issue a refund, replace faulty parts or send another one.
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
Change Of Mind
Applicable freight fees and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
