SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Most items are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.
Items are shipped directly from the Melbourne warehouse to save costs, so pick up is not available. Please note that we do NOT send to PO Boxes, we need a physical address for all orders.
Please be advised that when ordering multiple items, they may come from different warehouses so will be shipped with different courier company. You will be sent the details if this is the case.
We have multiple preferred service partners depending on the size, weight of the order and the delivery address. Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days. Please allow plenty of time if purchasing for a special event to make sure you receive your item in time.
Please provide a phone number in case the courier needs to contact you.
We do not deliver some bulky items to remote areas, NT and WA. If in doubt please contact us before buying.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Please contact our customer service team within 30 days if:
- You changed your mind and wish to request a return
- Your product was damaged during transit
- You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.
If you received a damaged item, please send us some photos or a short video showing the problem. We will then replace or repair the item and return to you. If not possible then we will issue a refund, or send another one.
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted or may be categorise as a Change of Mind.
Change Of Mind
Please Note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Applicable freight fees, finance fees and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit. Please send us a photo of the item packed in its original packaging and ready for return.
