When will my order be shipped?
99% of orders are shipped the day after payment is received. Please note that the cut-off time for next day shipping is 5pm.
I changed my mind, can I return the awning?
No problem, we do accept returns however shipping costs and 15% fee will apply. Please contact us for a return authorisation and we will organise the return. Please do NOT send goods back without a return authorisation.
There is a problem with the awning, what do I do?
If the goods you received are damaged or not working, please send us some photos or a short video of the problem and we will either replace, send new part or refund, whichever is appropriate.
I live in Melbourne, can I pick up?
Unfortunately, we do not have pick up facilities so all orders are shipped to you and no pick up is available.
